Mohd. Nadzrin Wahab has 20 years’ experience in learning and development at both middle and upper management levels. He started his career in customer service and journalism and gradually explored marketing, public relations, event management and eventually learning.
His key career role was Project Delivery Lead and Learning Coach at the Accenture Kuala Lumpur Connected Learning Centre for 7 years where he delivered learning programs to employees from around the world. He has been certified by international bodies such as the TRACOM Group, Workforce Performance LLC UK, Infomation Mapping International and FranklinCovey.
He has facilitated learning within Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, The Philippines, India, and the USA and has served clients such as Henkel, BHP Billiton, Barclays Bank, PETRONAS (and her subsidiaries), Talisman Energy, Celcom, IIUM, FELCRA, KEMAS and more.
Outside of the corporate world, he teaches Intercultural Communication at the International Islamic University Malaysia and was conferred the Global Training & Development Leadership Award by the 4th World Training & Development Congress 2017 in Mumbai, India.
Marie Tseng excels in bringing together diverse people and teams. Since 2010, when she first established her cross-cultural consultancy practice, she has trained hundreds of executives about cultural awareness in different industries and different countries in South-East Asia.
She has lived in 8 different countries over the past 25 years: Malaysia for the last 12 years, as well as France, Taiwan, UK, Netherlands, Brazil, Singapore, and Indonesia. Founder of a consultancy-procurement office in Taiwan and cross-cultural trainer with the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in the Netherland, and in Brazil, she has worked with large corporations including ABN-AMRO, AH Hold, Philips, BASF, and Heineken.
Marie also has solid experience in establishing and managing large multicultural volunteer groups in collaboration with governmental institutions in South East Asia.
She has an MA from the Normandy Businesss School, France, and also studied in Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. She is certified with the Intercultural Readiness Check.
A native French speaker, Marie is also fluent in English and Mandarin, and has knowledge of Malay /Indonesian, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese.
Vernon Adrian Emuang has more than three decades of professional experience in various communications-oriented positions in Malaysia, Australia and Singapore, especially in the areas of advertising, public relations, publishing and broadcasting.
Since 2010, he has ventured into executive training, with an intense interest in soft skills development.
He has directed creative teams in multinational advertising, PR and event management agencies, and has presented to major corporate organizations from Hong Kong to Dubai. He was Creative Director (Concept) for The Grand Official Launch of the Petronas Twin Towers, and headed the only creative team from Asia short-listed to pitch for The Launch of the Burj Calipha, Dubai.
Apart from creating award-winning advertising campaigns, he has hosted for radiom television and 'live' events,
Vernon conducts corporate sessions in soft skills development, strategic brainstorming, corporate story-telling and brand-development, and is also an accomplished stage-actor and voice-over talent.
